Who is eligible for home delivery?

All community households within the Colchester Campus catchment area.

When do we deliver?

Home deliveries are currently available on a Tuesday & Friday afternoon. These delivery days are subject to change.

 Is there a minimum order value?

There is a minimum spend of £40 on all orders, to ensure we can sustain our service of delivering direct to your door!

How will I know when my order is arriving?

You will receive an email the day before your delivery is due, confirming an hour time slot of when we expect to deliver the following morning. 

Will this service change?

All deliveries are subject to a £4.99 delivery charge.

What happens if an item I ordered is unavailable or missing from my order?

Unfortunately, due to customers visiting our store as well as fulfilling online orders, we cannot always guarantee stock of all items on your order. A refund for any items not in stock will be made by the original payment method and you will receive an email detailing what has been refunded and the amount.  We are currently not offering substitutes for any of our products.  A printed invoice will be given to you when your order is delivered.  The value of the invoice will reflect only the items delivered.  If your order arrives and something is missing or you have any queries with your order, please email homedeliveries@larchcrofttrading.co.uk or contact your local team leader.
