Cooking Guidelines

Barbecue - From Chilled. Follow the above grill instructions then place immediately onto a pre-heated barbecue for a further 5 minutes to finish off.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove from packaging and place the burgers under a pre-heated medium heat grill on the middle shelf for 16 minutes, turning frequently to maintain an even colour.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Remove from packaging. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium/high heat. Fry the burgers for 12 minutes, turning frequently to maintain an even colour.
