Pulled Pork with Grasmere Farm Pork is just the best and a fantastic easy treat for the family. Our classic BBQ flavour is delicious and irresistible, however you choose to serve this versatile cut!

How to cook BBQ Pulled Pork
Cook from room temperature. Place in the centre off pre-heated oven of 220°C, Gas Mark 7 and cook for 30 minutes, until brown. Then remove from oven and cover with foil. Place back in the oven, turned down to 150°C, Gas Mark 2 for at least five hours or until tender. Turn the oven back up to 220°C, Gas Mark 7 and uncover for 10 minutes. Allow to rest for 30 minutes and then shred in it’s own juices and serve.
