Working in partnership with our trusted growers across the UK, all our white potatoes are carefully chosen throughout the year to ensure we bring you the best tasting varieties at the right time. One of our growers, Jamie Pullen, grows potatoes in the heart of Somerset. His family farms on a light silt loam soil, which warms up quickly in the spring and is rich in nutrients, perfect for growing a delicate and fluffy textured potato that is ideal for jackets, or even mash, roasties or chips.
