Made from 100% robust desert durum wheat and shaped using a bronze die gives Garofalo pasta it's premium taste and texture. Orzo are made in the shape of a grain of rice. The word orzo is Italian for "barley," and a reference to the size and shape of the pasta. They are very versatile, and can be used in a range of recipes.
