Inés Rosales Sweet Olive Oil Tortas have been a traditional snack throughout Spain for more than 100 years. Flavoured with anise and sesame seeds.  Just like in the old days, the tortas are still made by hand, one by one, ensuring a unique texture that is light, crunchy, and flaky.
