Strawberries are slowly brought to the boil, breaking down the fruit completely. They are simmered gently, then transferred to our fruit press where they are squeezed slowly to release the delicious strawberry juice.

 

Strawberry Juice, Sugar, Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Prepared with 90g of strawberries per 100g. Total sugar content 67g per 100g.
