Whole Beetroot in Vinegar with Sugar and Sweetener. It's gently steam cooked in small batches and then hand-sorted to ensure only the best makes it into the jars. It is then pickled in a traditional sweet vinegar made from 100% British barley to ensure a truly delicious taste.
