Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Wash before use.; Hob - From Chilled. Cover whole Chantenay in boiling water and add a pinch of salt if you like. Simmer for 5 minutes or until they are tender. Drain well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Place whole Chantenay in a microwave dish with a couple of tablespoons of water. Cover with cling film, pierce and microwave for 5 minutes or until they are tender.; Steam - From Chilled. Place whole Chantenay in a steamer over a pan of simmering water and put the lid on. Steam for 5 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
