Slow-cooked pork belly marinated in a smoked salt and mixed peppers seasoning, with a sachet of maple syrup flavoured sauce.

Cooking Guidelines

Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.

200°C, 400°F, Gas 6, 30 min

Remove all packaging and place the sauce sachet to one side. Empty the contents of the meat pouch onto a baking tray and place into the centre of a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and separate the bites arranging them fat side up and then return them to the oven for the final 15 minutes. Insert the skewers and drizzle the glaze over the meat before serving.
