Description
Our dry sausage is refined for about 1 month, it goes wonderfully with
your aperitifs or your picnics. The choice of meats, sorted by hand, the
quality of the fat, 6 mm chopping, bring tenderness and flavours. The
slow ripening allows the development of wild flowering which gives
length in the mouth and aromatic complexity. nitrite-free, dye-free,
natural casing and wild flower.
Store in a dry place away from heat (below 20°C)
