Use these peppery spices to give a real kick to any dish. They're especially good when mixed with butter to top a juicy steak, or when rubbed into meat, fish, and vegetables for the BBQ or grill. We love it with halloumi too, with a little oil before browning in the pan and served with a crispy salad and maybe some chips on the side.  Or, try sprinkling on potato wedges with a little olive oil for the most amazing oven chips ever.
